-Maintains a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the supervisor and staff
- Prepares programs of meetings concerning organisational aspects. Prepares various presentations and strategies for both internal and external meetings or conferences
Maintains and prepares the agenda of the VP. Schedules appointments. Gives information to callers. Assures that the Board Member is not burdened with clerical work or minor administrative and business details
- Keeps and updates the database of the VP s contacts
- Files and directs incoming mail. Composes and types routine correspondence.
- Translates documents for internal use
- Manages and organises administration work in the office
- Answers the telephone and gives information to callers or directs calls to the appropriate official
-Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business, and directs or conducts visitors to the appropriate person
- Responsible for the travel arrangements and schedules (flights, hotel and restaurant reservations, taxi bookings)
-Records minutes of staff meetings when needed
Requirements:
-Preferably minimum 2 years of professional experience as assistant;

-Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to priorities tasks / meetings

- Fluency in English -both written and oral
-Good MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel and Power Point)
