Qualifications:
Advanced Studies
Specialized trainings in human resources
Projects management
Negotiation and Purchase
Specialized trainings in Organizational Communication

Experience:
At least 5 years in management position
Comprehensive and at high level in human resources and internal communication
Permanent control or audit/Inspection
Dealing with the Regulator (National Bank of Romania) and other authorities
Project administration and negotiation
Budget administration

Knowledge:
Human resources and labor legislation, IFN/Banking regulation, project management, negotiation techniques, budgeting, English and/or French (advanced level)


Competencies elements:

Human Resources –HR strategy, recruitment, compensation and benefits, HR budget administration, training
Internal Communication – organization of internal events, internal communication and team animation
Permanent Control – operational risk, compliance – Romanian legislation for IFN, permanent supervision, crisis management, anti-money laundering
