- Full responsibility for assigned project or project modules from beginning to delivery: planning, execution, quality assurance and in-time and on-budget delivery
- Adds value to clients’ business by analyzing their business challenges, identifying their issues, forming hypothesis and formulating actionable and creative recommendations and business plans
- Ensures full support for clients’ management team by proposing implementation plans, offering the assistance needed and monitoring the implementation when required
- Develops tailored analysis frameworks, deepens company knowledge in assigned fields of expertise and contributes to enhancing and promoting company’s tools and methodologies
- Coordinates junior colleagues by streamlining team’s workflows, guiding, coaching and developing subordinates; acts as a role model in front of junior colleagues.
- Responsible for client satisfaction and managing relationships with assigned clients
- Elaborates business presentations and proposals and contributes to business development
- Represents and promotes company’s services in front of clients, general public and other bodies as directed by superiors and in line with company’s guidelines.
- Holds an undergraduate or masters degree in economics, engineering or computer science from a top university. A top-ranked MBA or any other international professional business accreditation constitutes an advantage.
- At least 3 years previous consulting experience or at least 5 years middle-management experience in any industry
- Outstanding analytical skills, able to frame problems and coach others
- Excellent business knowledge, must be able to understand quickly how a business/industry works
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to develop pragmatic and creative business solutions
- Excellent leadership skills, ability to develop, motivate and lead people
- Excellent communication skills, ability to position himself/ herself as a trustful, knowledgeable business partner to management teams
- Project management skills, ability to coordinate multiple work streams and achieve set deadlines and goals
- Proficient in business presentations and able to coach others in that regard
- Excellent business English language (preferable holder of a language proficiency certificate) is a must. Any other foreign language is highly advantageous
- Enduring, tenacious, able to function in a changing, fast-paced environment
- Open to frequent business travel
- International experience and working in diverse settings represent an advantage
