Leading online travel agency from United States is looking for its new office in Bucharest for an excellent customer service representative with specialized knowledge in air reservations. We are in need of an energetic, courteous, enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills.
You will be working with a great team and in a very dynamic customer service oriented environment.
Your role involves replying to our customers' emails, together with providing phone support, mostly regarding changes and cancellations requests, handling such changes, informing customers of any schedule changes such as cancelled flights, and arranging alternatives, reviewing reservations for accuracy and submitting them for ticketing, offering technical support to customers etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Recent working experience with Amadeus (or other GDS) in a similar position
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
* Problem-solving and decision-making skills with a positive attitude
* Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage your own time efficiently
* Able to successfully handle multiple customers at a time
* Passionate, team player and enthusiastic
Candidates without prior GDS experience will not be taken into consideration.
