direct contact with Bulgarian Clients regarding orders, deliveries, offers etc;
maintaining the contact Area Sales Manager from Bulgaria;
preparing offers and promotional materials for Bulgarian Clients;
solving complaints.
university degree;
strong Bulgarian language skills and medium English;
minimum 1 years previous experience in customer support;
customer oriented;
very good communication skills;
