He / She is responsible for up skilling the F&A population, by elaborating and delivering F&A trainings to all F&A accounts population, together with running TNA and building F&A Trainings strategy.
- Train of Trainer qualification/ training delivery experience, incl. training materials elaboration
- Organized and proved leadership/ drive Training Needs Assesment and lead BuyIn F&a Training strategy and alignment; organize training delivery sessions; report out trainings status post delivery
- SPOC F&A Trainings - excellent communication skills with India vertical, with client, with internal OPS clients
Job Description and Key accountability:
• Responsible for developing TNA, incl. analysis per accounts and Buy-In from OPS Management;
• Participate in Personal Development Plan (PDP) process, as a planning per each individual of training needs mix (soft skills, QA, F&A);
• Elaborate Training materials, as per yearly requirements, in alignment with India, per each F&A; Training pillars (n.b. pre-Process Trainings, On Boarding Trainings, Cross-Trainings, Up skilling, Process Knowledge Tests (PKT);
• Elaborate F&A Training Calendars
• Elaborate FY F&A Training Strategy and held alignment/ Buy-In meeting with stakeholders (e.g. OPS Management);
• Participate in client alignment calls;
• Participate in India alignment calls;
• Participate in any related internal projects (e.g. School of Finance);
• Support during Transition processes, by delivering pre-Process Trainings;
• Elaborate and maintain the F&A Trainings Working Instructions;
• Support any Corporate Initiative, contributing to raise awareness, importance and necessity within the organization (e.g. Domain Certification).
