RESPONSABILITATI

• Install, configure and troubleshoot networking hardware and software on customer premises
• Lead installations at customer sites, ensure daily install progress and updates to the project Manager and Technical Deployment Engineer.
• Knowledge of installing Cat5/6 and fibre cabling and cable surveying techniques.
• Escalate and track any installation issues to minimize their impact.
• Perform hotel staff training.
• Provide remote troubleshooting and break fix to existing customer sites.
• This position requires extensive travel with most of the time being spent out of the office at customer sites. Time not spent traveling will be used in the office to assist with other projects.


CERINTE

Qualifications:
• Fluent English (verbal and written), fluency in additional European languages advantageous.
• Advanced knowledge of Ethernet networks and Internet connectivity methods to CCNA level.
• Good working knowledge of Linux operating systems and server hardware.
• Good knowledge of configuring switches (HP & Cisco) and Wi-Fi hardware (Ruckus, Cisco, HP, Motorola).
• Ability to operate as a lone worker or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with ELFIQ & Juniper is beneficial.
• Good understanding of cabling standards and fire regulations

Personal Attributes:
· A trustworthy individual able to work independently with limited supervision and as a team member.
· Proven analytical skills with excellent problem-solving attitude and the ability to resolve technical issues.
· Candidate must have excellent communication, documentation and troubleshooting skills.
· Must have valid Passport and be legally entitled to travel and work overseas.
· A European driving license.
