Moore Stephens Ksc Advisory is currently looking for an Finance Reporting Executive for one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry.
The Finance Reporting Executive will be in charge with the following activities:
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Maintain the financial reporting and general ledger structure;
• Preparation of monthly bookkeeping;
• Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close;
• Preparing all the financial reporting needed according to Romanian legislation (including corporate tax);
• Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information;
• IFRS knowledge will be considered an asset;
• Preparation of cash flow report;
• Preparing monthly reporting package;
• Preparation of monthly P&L statements;
• Preparation of monthly budget reports;
• Respond to inquiries from the Account Manager and Chief Accountant regarding financial results, special reporting requests;
• Ensure that all financial reporting deadlines are met;
• Reconciliation with tax and social authorities, suppliers and clients;
The successful candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Finance or Economics University graduate;
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and constantly updated with the changes in legislation;
- Very good knowledge of accounting tax legislation;
- Accounting/ MIS-reporting experience 4-5 years;
- Business English – proficiency level;
- Results driven, team worker, adaptable to a new environment;
- Analytical skills;
- Well organized and communicative;
- Strongly motivated;
- Result and deadline oriented;
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook
