Responsabilities
* Implement the Navision invoicing module
* Assists the Finance Manager in the design and implementation of controlling tools and reports – internal audit in Adecco’s branches
* Checks proper allocation of income / expenses on cost centers
* Works closely with branches for financial support in their day-to-day activity
* Support & decision maker for issues arising requiring medium level analysis and knowledge
* Check accuracy of cost center allocations and instruct corrections in the accounting / invoicing as needed
* Preferable degree in Accounting or Finance Work Experience: 2+ years in financial/management accounting
* Possess broad knowledge of internal control systems, internal organizational structures, financial analysis of corporate performance
* Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate financial concepts
* English proficiency
* Good knowledge of Excel
* Navision working skills - represent an advantage
