Role: Coordination and realization of timely finalization of planning and budgeting activities of OPEX, CAPEX for the Company.
Main Responsibilities:
Planning of CAPEX\OPEX and following its realization;
Calculating of economic effectiveness of investment projects;
Reporting to Planning and Controlling Sector Director and Directorate for the Company;
Preparation of reports on CAPEX\OPEX monthly - operational plan, forecast and factual;
Preparation of QPR;
Collection of data for various reports prepared by Directorate for PEC, Sales Division, UPS;
Yearly Mid-term planning of CAPEX (SIP);
Monitoring of investments, post-investment monitoring;
Preparing of a number of OPEX reports and BO reports
Escalating issues overrunning its competency, in order to keep costs, timing, and deliverables on track
Assisting in creation of project proposals/ procedures such as:
• SAP and Hyperion implementation;
• Setting financial processes for new business;
• Building Financial Procedures and Instructions
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of similar work experience, with international exposure;
Knowledge of International Accounting Standards;
Good knowledge of SAP and SAP reporting;
Proficiency in MS Office;
Able to establish and maintain effective partnerships and working relations;
Proven networking, team-building, organizational and communication skills;
Knowledge of English, Serbian will be considered as an advantage.
