Closely with the SG Private Banking Switzerland entity, your accountability will be to ensure and maintain the quality of production of financial accounting and these reports :
Accounting Job: the candidate will master the management accounting monitoring, control and reporting process below (and tools part “IT/Office applications” page 6) :
Strategic management - advancing the role of the management accountant as a strategic partner in the organization.
Financial accounting, financial result production and data control
Activity and FTE indicators production
Forecast and rolling forecast production
Performance management - developing the practice of business decision-making and managing the performance of the organization.
Follow-up and improving of profit sharing
Profit and loss treatment and statement production
Annual budget production
IT reporting production
Management of expenses (retrocessions and IT)
Risk management - contributing to frameworks and practices for identifying, measuring, managing and reporting risks to the achievement of the objectives of the organization.
Project Job:
the candidate will has already worked on :
Specification or expression of requirement
Running and analysis Tests
Recording the results (anomalies analysis and corrections)
Nice to have workedon the general accounting, third party accounting and data closing restraint.
A training will be delivered in the following areas:
Organisation of Societe Generale Group
Financial & Accounting IT systems
Swiss GAAP and IFRS accounting rules
Swiss GAAP and IFRS taxation rules
Dedicated training sessions will be organized depending on the specificities of the entities
