Job Purpose
The role will support the Finance Director in on-going modelling and analysis business performance, reporting, budgeting & forecasting for the SaaS division.
The position requires offering financial support through the interpretation and analysis of the financial information and interrelationships that allow business decisions to be made. Business understanding through collection of information as well as active communication with all connected departments and understanding and compliance with company processes is required.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Analysis and understanding of the P&L for the SaaS division;
Prepare, analyze and submit for review the scorecard on a monthly basis, including actuals review and rolling forecast;
Liaise with regional controllers for the revenue analysis and forecast accuracy;
Keep Hyperion forecast updated;
Do or ensure actual journal entries are done on time;
Improve processes and financial modelling;
Assist Finance Director in any other necessary ad-hoc analysis.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Economics;
Proven experience and understanding of Finance and Accounting, Software/Services industry is considered a plus;
Fluency in English;
Prior experience in a complex multi-national and multi-cultural environment;
Experience working with Microsoft Office (advanced Excel);
Knowledge of Hyperion Planning and Oracle E-business suit is considered a plus;
Team-player with high ethical standards;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Analytic skills.
