•Critically evaluate data and information gathered from multiple sources (especially data/information of a financial nature), reconcile conflicts/variances, decompose high-level information into details and abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding;
•Serve as the liaison between the business units, technology teams, Finance and other support teams;
•Preparation and analysis of month-end Company revenue and cost of sales;
•Coordinates with accounting team leaders and reviewing reconciliation and offering support for improvements of accounting techniques and methods;
•Understanding and maintaining control over drivers and components of variable costs of sale, fixed and recurring costs of sale and fixed asset expenditures (control of direct O/H expenditures);
•Proactively communicate and collaborate with business units and senior management to define reporting requirements around core business drivers;
•Design and implement systems/processes for producing required reports/analyses, including related internal control initiatives;
•Identifying and defining suitable key allocations of expenses by business units and proper allocation on income sources. Preparing financial reporting package, including detailed analysis and providing explanations for variances;
•Cash projection monitoring and supervising of collection functions for risk minimization;
•Facilitate and control the flow of company financial data and information within the organization and to 3rdparties (e.g. audit support);
•Provide support in strategic planning by inquiring and challenging business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans. Review and analyze the variances on allocation of financial resources according to the plan;
•Prepare ad-hoc management reports.
•Degree in economics;
•At least 5-6 years of experience in a similar position, Telecom is a plus;
•Experience in financial analysis and controlling for marketing and sales activities and good understanding of business models;
•Strong analytical and process management skills;
•Fluency in English is compulsory;
•Advanced level of Excel;
•Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, team worker, proactive and results oriented, including ability to coordinate efforts across distant physical offices;
•Available to work on a Mo-Fri schedule starting at 11.00 and finishing at 20:00.
