Financial Controller (Bucharest)
1 year – determinate contract
We are looking for a strong professional with good financial reporting background to join our Finance & Control Team in Bucharest for a determined period of 14 months
The ideal candidate will demonstrate high integrity and great analytical skills combined with strong communication abilities, learning agility and team spirit.
Job content:
Support all activities related to Period-end Closing & Reporting and Business Planning and ensure alignment with the other controlling team members on management accounting procedures and timelines.
Responsible for full compliance of internal Management Reporting against the company’s Accounting & Costing Standards.
Ensure all necessary changes/updates related to data management in SAP
Provide full transparency on key KPI’s via the establishment of financial and non-financial reports to local management and to the Group
• University Degree in the Finance area
• 4-5 years’ experience in financial reporting and budgeting
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• PC literacy (MS Office – advanced Excel skills)
• SAP experience
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent people adaptability and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure, strictly meet deadlines and take initiative
