Main responsibilities:
Support Finance Manager (FM) in preparing and analyzing monthly figures from subsidiary to be reported to Management team Eastern located in Austria;
Support FM in coordinate company financial planning & budget;
Help to prepare monthly reporting on consolidated level;
Support Finance Manager located in Austria/ Bucharest in quarterly, half-yearly and yearly reports;
Support FM in preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts;
Support FM in relation with group financial audit ( internal and external);
Specific duties:
Financial reporting and control - monthly, quarterly, yearly financial reporting according to the yearly reporting calendar: P&L, Appendix, Balance Sheet, IT report, OPEX reporting, bad debts reporting, CAPEX reporting, TCR...etc;
Forecasting & Budgeting: preparation of Rolling Forecast, Cash Flow Forecast, main budget and participation in elaboration of special budgets (marketing, IT);
Debt management: monthly follow up of customer situation ( internal tracking file done by financial analyst); Communicating to management team all customers that are consider “risky” based on Group Standard Guidelines (GSG); Implement and develop analysis that will continuously improve customer analysis;
OPEX control - implementing projects bringing significant cost savings to the company, monitoring OPEX Actual vs. Forecast and Budget, analysis of deviations between Budget/Forecast and Actual;
iCare responsible ( internal audit campaign): work on important procedures to ensure financial control:
Follow up of action plans, yearly self assessment together with department managers;
Contact person for external lawyers.
