Job scope:
1. Ensuring timely submission, accuracy, consistency and integrity of all the financial data related to the production costs and to the plant activity;
2. Monitoring KPIs related to the activity;
3. Taking part in the preparation of budget and following up the actual results vs budget together with the production team.
You will be responsible of:
- Providing advice to senior management on interpretation of operating results and trends related to the operational activity with focus on the evolution of the production costs and plant activity;
- Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and offering assistance to the other departments in the construction of the budget;
- Conducting periodic reviews of the actual expenses and comparisons vs budget, main focus being on the material and industrial costs;
- Taking part in all internal projects regarding the improvement of plant activities, operational processes and tools;
- Reviewing monthly all the reports on production costs and plant performance/KPIs;
- Coordinating, ensuring on the job training and being responsible for the professional development of the members of the production team.
We expect from you to have the following attributes:
- 3-4 years experience in controlling/financial analysis (accounting or auditing experience is also welcomed);
- Experience in financial analysis in production cost area is a plus;
- University degree – Economics is preferably, but not mandatory;
- Very good computer skills (MS Excel, MS Access and SAP knowledge are a plus);
- Fluency in English, both speaking and writing;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Experience in working under deadlines;
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities;

- Strong organization, time management and task prioritization skills;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
