What we expect from you?
- Ensure that all transactions are accounted for in accordance with local accounting law and related regulations
- Preparation of monthly and yearly finance and accounting reports of the company;
- You are responsible for issuing of invoices for our clients as well as the book-keeping of all expenses and contracts;
- Preparation of the payroll and monthly reports
- Preparation of monthly and yearly income-tax forms that are obligatory according to the laws;
- Co-operate with company internal and external auditors. Responsible for dealing with fiscal authorities.
- Fulfilling control and reconciliations on a monthly basis
- Support Controller and resolve daily operational issues
- Prepares balance sheets, fixed assets, inventory accounting
- Prepares the budget according to the planning schedule at business segment level, in the form of P&L, BS(in close cooperation with the business unit managers). Into this function is also included the task to follow up the cash flow's budget execution and capital allocation among projects
- Participate actively major cross departamental projects(business plans, due diligence activities for target companies, design ans implementation of different business tools)
- Prepare monthly follow-up reports. It is required to analyze management relevant information within the business unit(actual vs. budget deviations) and to prepare a detailed report for every business unit.
- Participate to develop this function, in the same time with activities documentations(budgeting book, internal procedures, etc.) that should be in the same rhytm with the current activity.
Your Profile:
- Accounting or Finance Controlling university qualification
- 5 years of experience as an accountant;
- Demonstrates comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge of the accounting legislation
- Excellent knowledge about accounting norms in Romania, tax legislation and IFRS
- Understanding of accounting and reporting systems
- Fluency in English;
- Well-organised, structured and efficient;
- You have experience in preparation and analysis of management reports;
- You know thoroughly the legislation connected with the payroll;
- Integrity, deadline driven, pro-active, active team-player, results-oriented;
- Able to define priorities and stress-resistant
- Strong Word and Excel skills and systems orientation
