Adecco Permanent Placement is recruiting for his client, a leader in global banking and financial services a Financial & Reporting Officer based in Bucharest.
Key responsabilities for this role would be:
-Check consistency and quality of the accounting data. Ensure that the Balance sheet, Off Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Accounts are balanced overall and in each currency;
-Handling accounts payable (booking and payment);
-Ensuring proper and timely reconciliation of the bank’s financial/ management reports;
-Performing daily reconciliation of the Nostro Accounts;
-Organizing the monthly, quarterly and year-end closing process, calculating and inputting the bank’s financial data (accruals and other bookings) during the closing processes and in-between;
-Analyzing and submitting to Management regular information about the performance of the bank as a whole and by separate reports;
-Carrying out the Global Coverage Officer duties: attending the sales meetings, preparing reports for these meetings (pipeline, etc), reports on branch results, etc;
-Carrying out other duties as assigned by the direct manager.
- Financial Background and experience on this role (minimum 6 months)
- Very good command of both written and spoken English;
- Good time planning abilities and result-oriented;
- Good analytical skills;
- Teamwork, loyalty, integrity, initiative & ability to deal with tight deadlines;
