What will be your duties and responsibilities in this job?
• Proactive engagement in projects and process transitions within the Financial department;
• Responsible for end to end Account Payable process;
• Error resolution and payment activities for data entry in Oracle and Classis;
• Process and verify invoices with and without purchase order;
• Maintain the communication and relation with the supplier to be sure the invoice is paid in time.
What critical skills are needed for this position?
• Bachelor degree within Financial domain;
• 1-2 years of experience in Account Payable/Account Receivable position;
• Excel – medium level;
• Accuracy of the details;
• Oracle knowledge – a plus;
• English advanced is a must, 2nd language is a plus;
• Customer and action oriented;
• Self-motivated with good communication skills.
