Respond to inbound and outbound customer calls
Troubleshoot issues related to Hardware /Networking/ Active Directory/ Exchange Servers.
Log and validate customer details and other information to the relevant systems
Correct and quick responsiveness within the agreed timeframe without compromising quality
Routing case & liaise with appropriate department to ensure correct solution.
Maintaining quality service standards
Fluent German written and spoken
Fluency in English
Knowledge of Hardware /Networking/ Active Directory/ Exchange Servers / SharePoint
Multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability and willingness to work in a team
Able to work effectively under time pressure
