RESPONSABILITATI

 Respond to inbound and outbound customer calls
 Troubleshoot issues related to Hardware /Networking/ Active Directory/ Exchange Servers.
 Log and validate customer details and other information to the relevant systems
 Correct and quick responsiveness within the agreed timeframe without compromising quality
 Routing case & liaise with appropriate department to ensure correct solution.
 Maintaining quality service standards


CERINTE

 Fluent German written and spoken
 Fluency in English
 Knowledge of Hardware /Networking/ Active Directory/ Exchange Servers / SharePoint
 Multitasking skills
 Excellent communication skills
 Ability and willingness to work in a team
 Able to work effectively under time pressure
