Responsabilitati:
- Primirea clientilor si comunicarea cu acestia intr-o maniera profesionista;
- Gestionarea programarilor pentru clienti;
- Servicii de protocol ( servirea clientului);
- Mentinerea legaturii cu furnizorii de papetarie, curierat, servicii specifice;
- Primirea si directionarea apelurilor telefonice;
- Realizarea corespondentei.
- Persoana cu abilitati foarte bune de comunicare;
- Cunoasterea limbii engleze - nivel conversational;
- Cunoasterea pachetului Microsoft Office.
