RESPONSABILITATI

Purpose of Position:

The role will support the G&A Finance Director in on-going analysis, control and reporting of the expenses and cost savings. The position requires not only the collection of data but more importantly commercial understanding of the G&A costs to allow informed business decisions to be made.



Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

* Support the G&A controller while liaising with the various functional heads;
* Support in preparing the budget and forecast for the G&A costs;
* Review commercials and analyse cost with the purpose achieving cost saving targets;
* Analyse expenses during the month end process and help preparing the month end reporting pack;
* Analyses and reporting on the Fixed asset register;
* Preparation of the internal capdev report;
* Liaising with the AP team, GL team and statutory Financial Controllers in ensuring correct accounting treatment of transactions;
* Adhoc analyses of accounts and support for Finance Director.


CERINTE

* Bachelor degree in Economics, preferably Accounting;
* Capacity to work independently on own initiative and result-oriented;
* Minimum of 2-4 years of accounting experience;
* Excellent knowledge of English;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Team-player, professional with high ethical standards;
* Prior experience in a complex multi-national and multi-cultural environment;
* Experience working with Microsoft Office especially Excel;
* Proven financial analysis skills and analytical mind-set;
* ACCA certification – advantage but not mandatory.
