RESPONSABILITATI

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Planning Administration
- Set a strategic plan for the company based on its vision and assist in developing a long term plan.
- Check the evolution of the plan and report to the board members.
- Oversee the preparation of the annual plans of each department and assist in achieving them.

2. Finance:
- Control quarterly a financial budget that combined all budgets presented by the HOD.
- Oversee preparation of annual budget, regular variance statement and annual audit.
- Provide vision regarding overall financial health of the company.
- Represent a P&L report every month with coordination with OM and the Cost Controller.
- Send to the CEO on daily basis a daily reports on all branches with the total sales.
- Conduct general meetings on monthly basis to discuss the P&L reports and discrepancies.

3. Operations :
- Responsible for all aspects of a company's operation.
- Plan, direct and coordinate weekly meetings with the HODs and provide the board members with the minutes of the meeting.
- Ensure that operation runs smoothly and according to company policies and procedures.
- Insure accurate quality control data and records.

4. Human Resources:
- May screen, interview, hire managers and supervisors who will report to him or provide the final authorization for any subordinates.
- Control and checks the employees development process
- Check the training system development and ensure that all employees are well trained according to the company policies and procedures.
- Ensure that the training annual budget of every department is well maintained.
- Implement company’s policies and procedures, ensure that policies and procedures evolve with company, updating them as necessary

5. Sales and Marketing:
- Control advertising opportunities press, ads.
- Organizer the availability of the administrative members for media and PR events as necessary.
- Oversee content, production and distribution of all marketing and publicity materials (posters, flyers, emails)
