As IT Helpdesk agent you will:
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Research questions using available information resources - advise user on appropriate action
- Follow standard help desk procedures
- Administer help desk software
- Redirect problems to appropriate resource
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
- Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions in knowledge base
- Stay current with system information, changes and updates
As Procurement agent you will:
- Build good rapport with clients/vendors, category/commodity managers
- Assist Supplier negotiations for large buys
- Register and respond to PR or Procurement related inquiries by clients/vendors
- Be focal point and facilitate resolution of customer complaints
- Daily follow-up on customer projects
- Daily communicateinteract via email/phone with the customers
