The main responsibilities include:
- Processes employees related documents and prepare statistics.
- Answer general inquiries in various areas of Human Resources and Payroll.
- Operate changes in Human Resources and Payroll internal systems (new hire/termination administration/lateral moves/promotions/job changes).
- Maintain applicant database and employee records.
- Compile data for analysis and reporting and prepare routine analyses.
- Develop custom reports to meet the requirements of Human Resource management and management.
- Assist employees through phone and email contact in the completion of appropriate forms, calculation of benefits or premiums.
Requirements:
- University graduate
- Knowledge of GERMAN (advanced level) and English (medium level)
- Excellent communication skills.
- PC Skills: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
- Flexible and proactive attitude
- Good team working skills and able to work autonomously on assigned tasks
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and manage time based on business needs
- Excellent administration skills and good organization skills with attention to detail.
The following are considered to be advantages:
- Previous work experience in HR, in a HR Service Centre or in Customer Support.
- Previous participation in HR projects during studies/volunteering activities.
- Advanced problem solving and resolution skills to include when to escalate and identify trends.
- Comfortable in direct client contact
- Knowledge of any CRM tool, PeopleSoft or SAP (HR modules) is a plus.
