- Supervise and coordinate activities in an assigned area of the production department, on a particular shift, to ensure achievement of quality and quantity objectives.
- Ensure that correct and up to date records are kept in all electronic or manual systems in place to control and analyze the input, output and wastage of Production processes.
- For the assigned area, work with the Shift Supervisor, Maintenance and support departments to improve yield, efficiency, employee utilization, maintenance, housekeeping, equipment and material usage, safety and quality results, etc.
- Organize, supervise and control the work of subordinates, asses and motivate them and support their training and career development.
- High school (Technical University degree is an advantage);
- 2 years experience in a production environment;
- Strong achievement orientation and teamwork & cooperation
- Ability to lead and motivate people
- Analytical and communication skills
- English - Medium level;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, Expandable, MES and BCS.
