Anais Software Services is looking for a Head of Project Management Office for his Bucharest branch.
If you are a senior Project Manager with professional services experience and a talented people manager, you are the one we need to join our fast growing team in Bucharest.
Anais is delivering Software solutions to Belgian, English and French customers for 7+years and is part of TOP50 IT companies in Romania. ANAIS activity covers the areas of large Web Applications on the cloud, Web & Enterprise CMS, BI & Search; in Microsoft, Java and PHP/open source technologies.
As Head of PMO, you will take full ownership of the Project Management Office: you will monitor & control all projects and coach the project managers. Project managers & teams will benefit from your solid project management experience in order to deliver great projects to their customer.
As head of PMO will be part of the Romanian Management Team which is responsible to continuously improve the performance of the Bucharest office (software and project delivery process & methodology, people development, …)
You will work with very qualified and motivated people, analysts, architects, developers and managers.
As member of the RO management team you will be in direct relationship with the CEO of Anais. You will have a direct impact on the organization by your ideas and plans you will implement.
Education and Experience
- University degree
- You have strong practical experience of Project Management and Software Development Methodologies (Unified Process & SCRUM, ...) & good theoretical knowledge of
- Proven experience in software service organization management
Duties and Responsabilities
- You are responsible of the PMO & hence successful project delivery to our customers
- You are responsible of the project management methodology and co-responsible, with the technology team leaders, of the overall software delivery maturity of the Bucharest team
