Local leading manufacturer of products and complex online applications is looking for Head of SysOps.
Responsibilities:
• Management of the system administrators team;
• Continuous improvement of deployment/infrastructure processes and procedures;
• Focus on new technologies and practices aimed to increase the overall department efficiency;
• Cloud and scalable systems configuration and maintenance;
• Hardware and software acquisition;
Requirements:
• At least 6 months on a management position (team lead, technical coordinator);
• At least 3 years experience as a system administrator;
• English knowledge;
• Student or graduate in Automatics, Electronics, Mathematics and Computer Science;
Good knowledge:
• Linux and Windows;
• Virtualization systems;
• Cloud Environment: AWS, Rackspace, Azure;
• Servers/daemons: Apache, NginX, Varnish, IIS7, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server;
• Monitoring systems: Nagios, CollectD, Zabbix;
• Communication protocols: HTTP/SSL/SMTP/POP3;
Basic knowledge:
• Scripting: BASH, PHP, PERL, PYTHON;
• Version control systems;
• Active directory;
• Non relational database systems;
• VPN services;
