Attend meetings, seminars and programs.
Learn about the existing, new products and services, learn new skills, and receive technical assistance in developing new accounts;
Advise with supervisor to offer the right insurance program to corporate and private customers;
Customize insurance programs to suit individual customers, often covering a variety of risks;
Ensure that policy requirements are fulfilled, including any necessary medical examinations and the completion of appropriate forms;
Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of various policies to promote sale of insurance plans;
Interview prospective clients to obtain data about their financial resources and needs, the physical condition of the person, and to discuss any existing coverage;
Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling policy renewals;
Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients; Select the company that offers the type of coverage requested by client to underwrite policy;
Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals
Read, understand and respect the Ethical Code of the company and the procedures of the Sales Department and Customer-Care Department.
Minimum 2 years experience in direct sales, in the following fields:
– Life Insurance
– Health Insurance
– High-Class Products or Services designated for high-class people: yachting, expensive
cars, art, exclusive private clubs, membership luxury hotels and not limited to these
Professional (well organized CV, business look, good verbal and written communication)
Good listener (discuss without interrupting the interlocutor)
Good communication skills (clear message, right tone and volume, pay attention to the
discussion)
Organized (able to work in the company systems and to keep an evidence of his/ her
activity)
Persuasive (do not give up easy after being rejected in the sales process)
Ambitious (respect and work hard to reach the objectives and targets)
Self-motivated (able to keep the enthusiasm and a good state of mind)
Self-starter (bring to discussion new ideas and take responsibility to implement them)
Able to deal with change (capable to learn new products, systems and procedures anytime
they will be updated or changed)
Flexible (open to different activities inside the team or in the sales process)
Career oriented (willing to have a long term relation with the employer)
Team-player (able to help, care and pay attention to the other colleagues)
Fluent in English (conversational)
