Coordinate daily activities for a Helpdesk team of 3 members, ensuring optimum usage of resources
Train and coach team members in daily activity
Assure a smooth integration and training for the new team members
Assure usage of resources to receivers, monitors, and process trouble tickets (requests) from internal customers (routing and review of tickets)
Assure all requests for IT services, escalate / route requests if required (according to the SLA) and manage all requests to closure
Answer / record / solve / escalate / follow up on users incidents and requests (first level support) in defined time
Responsible for troubleshooting (on desk or remote) for operating system, network connectivity, standard applications (like Office, SAP GUI), and proprietary applications (includes resolving calls related to user accounts)
Provide limited one on one desk side training for customers requiring assistance on standard software applications and/or IT equipment
IT Degree, University Degree would be a plus (preferably in IT fields)
At least 1 year experience on a similar position
Experience in installing, configuring, upgrading and repairing Windows 7
Experience in diagnosis of hardware problems on desktop and laptop computers
Good knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems for desktops and Office suite applications
basic knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems for servers, Windows Active Directory Management, Group/User Policy Objects; Windows Installer/MSI; sRIS
Familiar with WANs, LANs, VPN's, network management, routers, switches and firewalls
Excellent social skills and willingness to understand and focus on our internal clients' needs and goals
Very good time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and coordinate activities
Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
