• E2E Helpdesk for SP partners via phone & email using in country phone numbers + Escalation resolution
• SPOW support - SPOW (Service Point on The Web) is a web application that enables retailers (service points) to check available support services, to place/launch service calls/cases and to lookup their existing support calls/cases.
• Handle Retailer Exceptions
• Provide full reply/information within original call back to the retailer on logistics queries.
• Resolve retailer queries on late or disputed DOA (dead on arrival) credits
• Train educate/ identify specific issues with the new claim form as it rolls out across retailers.
• Performance reviews with service partners
• Account management
• BE assistance Mentoring
• Experience in customer relationship
• Proactiv and self-reliable, able to take decisions fast
• Very good coordination abilities (relationship with logistics, BE team etc)
• Extensive process development, improvement and crisis management skills
• Very good German skills (B2/C level for languages required)
• Very good communication skills
