RESPONSABILITATI

• Helpdesk technicians support end user in day by day operations with specific applications
• Take in charge calls and emails, create incidents and collect information applying check list
• Classify requests and give initial support
• Support for account issues (password reset, email notification)
• Research of required information using available resources, user guides and match complaints with known errors and problems
• Support in using application functionalities, identification of possible workaround

• Fluency in Italian
• Proficient in relevant computer applications (Internet Explorer, Outlook usage, Microsoft Office)
• Knowledge in Microsoft Server relevant roles and networking
• Basic knowledge about server editions of Microsoft Windows
• Networking Basics
• Team player
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Listening skills
• Problem solving and analysis
• Customer service orientation

Nice to have:

• Microsoft Windows operating system troubleshooting skills
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS
