The Role
• Creating and maintaining employee records and documents: employment contracts and addendums, REVISAL, leaves, etc.
• Ensuring that all employee-related changes are performed correctly and timely in relevant systems;
• Demonstrating functional expertise in the areas of domestic payroll (e.g. income tax, social charges, labour law, medical leaves and indemnities, work relations);
• Preparing and processing payroll for clients;
• Registering all salary information in the payroll software;
• Performing salary calculations;
• Preparing monthly payroll statements;
• Preparing and submitting the 112 declaration;
• Filling-in and transmitting the REVISAL to the Territorial Labour Chamber;
• Preparing salary certificates for employees;
• Advising clients on payroll issues and labour legislation aspects.
PricewaterhouseCoopers is currently looking for a HR Administration and Payroll Specialist to join our HR team based in Bucharest. We are looking for a motivated, team-working, detail-oriented and responsible person with very good payroll knowledge.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• 2+ year previous HR administration and payroll processing expertise;
• Strong knowledge of Romanian labour legislation;
• Good knowledge of payroll processing procedures;
• Good knowledge of fiscal treatment of all aspects related to salaries;
• Good English language communication capability;
• Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Payroll software);
• Ability to work independently;
• Flexibility;
• Attention to details and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
