RESPONSABILITATI

- Responding to requests for process administration by fax, email, internet, work flow ;
- Conducting a variety of process administration tasks including but not limited to;
- Processing contracts / agreements (e.g., leave of absence, training reimbursement, etc.) ;
- Handling general correspondence (e.g., letters of reference, letters of confirmation, letters of service anniversaries, etc.);
- Processing salary changes and promotions;
- Manages retired staff administrative issues and requests.

For one of our clients, a global outsourcing company we are hiring Human Resourcing admin with Dutch/ German/ Polish.
What are we looking for?

- Graduate in any discipline ;
- Minimum 6 months of work experience is mandatory in HR field ;
- Fluent communication skills in English & German/Dutch/Polish is a must ;
- Good communication and aptitude for learning;
- Ability to prioritize and multitask ;
- Analytical ability .
