The Role
• Preparing and processing various documents for all employees of PwC Romania;
• Benefits administration;
• Performing salary calculations;
• Preparing salary certificates for employees
• Ensuring an efficient and consistent relationship with specific institutions – National Institute of Statistics, the Territorial Labour Chamber and the Territorial Health Insurance Institute;
• Demonstrating functional expertise in the areas of HR admin (e.g. income tax, social charges, labour law, medical leaves and indemnities, work relations);
• Creating and maintaining employee records: employment contracts and addendums, leaves, etc.
• Ensuring that all employee-related changes are performed correctly and timely in relevant systems;

PricewaterhouseCoopers is currently looking for a an Admin Specialist to join our HR team based in Bucharest. We are looking for a motivated, team-working, detail-oriented and responsible person with very good payroll knowledge.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• 3+ year previous HR admin expertise;
• Strong knowledge of Romanian labour legislation;
• • Strong knowledge of fiscal treatment of all aspects related to salaries;
• Good English language communication capability;
• Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Payroll software);
• Ability to work independently;
• Flexibility;
• Attention to details and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
