Support in administrative formalities, contact with authorities for expats:
* Collaboration with Recruitment department, proactive information to new joiners about on boarding process and all necessary formalities and deadlines that have to be meet;
* Supporting expats in getting residence permits (tax numbers, CNP);
* Supports expats in getting the medical check-up;
* Supporting expats in getting apartments;
* Providing support and help for interactions with Romanian authorities, banks;
* Helping to fulfill all necessary documentation (translation, understanding);
* Puts together the employee files for expats and maintains them.
Integration
* Responsible for induction process for Expats, setting up expectations;
* Teaching them about Genpact systems, policies, procedures, values;
* Helps them understand social/ insurance/ taxes systems in Romania;
* Monitor on a monthly basis their integration process within their respective teams;
* Point of contact for queries connected with their stay in Romania.
HR Admin Support
* On-boarding process (employee files, SSO Ids, e-mail access, etc.);
* Data collection for payroll process;
* Employee relations (certificates, HR admin querries, etc.);
* Owner of exit process;
* OHR usage and maintenance;
* Active part for SAS 70, GDC and all other internal or legal regulations related compliance;
* Reporting for projects in HR admin area.
Other Requirements
Experience in multinational and/or shared service environment is an advantage
* HR Admin Background including Romanian legislation knowledge;
* Able to build connects within and outside the company;
* Good trouble shooter;
* Empathy;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, initiative, energize (able to transmit enthusiasm to team and stakeholders), integrity, customer oriented.
