Position purpose: Functions as a hub of communication between management and employees on the one hand and HR responsible on the other hand.
Main Responsibilities:
Support for payroll and HR administration;
Maintains accurate records related to personnel (employees’ files, time management, payroll and benefits); prepares documents which are being internally processed;
Prepares labor contracts, terminations, addendums, etc., related to employment contracts, by using pre-defined templates and implements them, only after approval from the part of HR specialist;
Maintains ERP database by uploading all scanned personnel records documents;
Receives documents from employees and makes a first processing; escalates any issues which are outside own competence;
Monitors legal regulations in the field of employment relations;
Maintains, when needed HR master data in SAP;
Prepares all certificates required by employees (for bank, doctor, etc.);
Ensures that the administrative part of the HR processes is being performed according to internal rules (documentation of acquisition, invoices, etc.);
If the case may be, could participates in recruiting processes (research, references, phone screening, interviews scheduling);
Keeps information in full confidentiality; actively works on ways to ensure and keep confidentiality of data related to employees;
Uploads in ERP application the scanned documents related to ISO process (procedures, instructions, etc.);
Maintains the HSE (SSM&SU) documents in order and distributes them to responsible parties (external provider+ internal employee);
Minimum 2 years of previous experience in HR administration;
English advanced level;
University graduate /in development with possibility of working full time;
Good analytical skills (able to develop in time HR reporting skills)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Team player, honest
