Horizon Recruitment is recruiting for one of its clients an experienced HR Administrative.
- Provides different excel reports to the management
- Forecasts budgets, being in contact with the financial department
- Taking care of the HR paper-work and keeps contact with the accounting company
- Liaison between departments
- Keeps record of the days off
- Explains internal procedures to newcomers
- Availability to work overtime when needed to meet deadlines
- Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to the job performed
- Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person
- Advanced English – mandatory
- Experience in a similar position min. 2 years
- Excel knowledge – intermediate level
- University degree in Psychology, Sociology, Economics or Human Resources
- Knowledge of HR Administrative processes
- Attention to details
- Common sense
- Empathy
- Analytical thinking
