SCOPE:
- Achieve better process efficiency through applying HR process standardisation
- Achieve a more/most accurate quality of the HR data
- Gain more visibility and control on the implementation and execution of global HR policies and procedures
- Define and implement standard processes and procedures for the interface between a local HR organisations and the EMEA HR Shared Services Centre
- Support local/regional/global requirements for reports based on HR data
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processes transactional changes into the HR Database
- Maintains and updates the HR Database with the global tools, e.g. processing of Mass Change spreadsheets
- Loads commission and bonus submissions to the HR database, based on the monthly submission from the EMEA Sales Compensation Administration SCA team
- Loads compensation submissions to the HR database, at the direction of the EMEA C&B Senior Director
- Maintains the global job table definitions of the EMEA countries on a frequent basis with the appropriate Job Table Maintenance mechanism
- Maintains the Grades and Salary Ranges of the participating EMEA countries, at the direction of the EMEA C&B Core Team
- Demonstrates an understanding of general HR processes and systems
- Produces Offer Letters, manages Purchase Orders and contributes to the Service Award procedures
- Maintains the content of EMEA HR web sites, based on the input of functional experts respectively business process owners
- Work closely with the Business HR to ensure all reports in and out of Oracle HRMS are accurate
- Work closely with the Business/Country HR to ensure the integrity of the data
- Enforce HR processes and provides end user support
- Delivery of a certain set of reports for senior HR Management, Line HR and Country HR personnel
- Participates in the development of new systems and/or enhancements of existing systems
- Adapts, modifies and updates administrative methodologies, practices and procedures
- Communication to and education of employees regarding Oracle’s global HR policies, processes and procedures
- Supports HR managers, Line managers and employees with regards to HR data and systems
- Assists in global HR projects with regards to system or process implementations
- Act as the first level support for HR applications, including Oracle Core HRMS, HR Self Service Applications, Discoverer Reports, etc
- Participate in User Acceptance Tests.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Is used to using business software applications, preferably Oracle Applications
- Has a strong understanding of data management tools and computer programs
- Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail
- Has advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as Word and Excel
- Generalist HR experience is advantageous, but not essential
- Possesses foundations in comprehension for complex logical coherences and procedures
- Is self-motivated, result-oriented and customer-oriented
- Has good communication skills, both verbal and in writing
- Has the ability to work across cultures and regions
- Demonstrates versatility and initiative of one’s own to a large extend
- Possesses good organisational skills, attention to details and strong analytical skills
- Has the ability to network inside the company
- Has good knowledge of English language, both verbal and in writing
- Has a degree in Computer Science or Business Science related discipline, or equivalent education and experience relevant to functional area of Human Resources
