Job description:
Assist in all the miscellaneous HR tasks and support the HR manager in various HR tasks.
Assist in recruitment, including the CV selection; arrange HR interview; prepare documentation and procedures on recruitment and new employee registration and introduction.
Arrange training; including technical training and orientation training.
Payroll administration assistance
HR administration, preparation and confirmation of various requested documents for employees, to state authorities and headquarter and so on.
Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for its client, one of the fastest growing telecommunication and network solutions providers in the world, for HR Assistant.
Ideal Candidate:
Fluent English and Romania both in written and spoken.
A background of experience within the IT or Telecommunications environment would be plus.
1-3 years of related HR experiences.
Ability to work in a commercial manner and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment.
Generalist experience is preferable and/or specialist knowledge of payroll.
In-depth knowledge of Human Resources disciplines and knowledge of employment law are required.
