Payroll calculation and declaration to related authorities to ensure the compliance with legal obligation regarding the payroll.
Assist HR manager to deal with performance evaluation.
Assist of recruitment, including the CV selection; arrange HR interview; prepare documentation and procedures on recruitment and new employee registration and introduction.
Arrange training; including technical training and orientation training.
HR administration. Including Maintaining the attendance record;keeping the personnel files, records and all legal documents based on legal requirements. Preparation and confirmation of various requested documents for employees, to state authorities and headquarter and so on.
Fluent English and Romania both in written and spoken.
A background of experience within the IT or Telecommunications environment would be plus.
2 years of related HR experiences.
Ability to work in a commercial manner and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment.
Generalist experience is preferable and/or specialist knowledge of payroll.
In-depth knowledge of Human Resources disciplines and knowledge of employment law are required.
