Working in project based teams, you will contribute to specific recruitment campaigns with regards to candidates’ identification, specific knowledge from targeted market and industries.
Maintaining the integrity of the database, networking with existing candidates, media research and initiating innovative direct search campaigns will be the tools you can successfully use.
You will also be in charge of liaising with clients and candidates to manage meeting schedules and provide updates.
We are welcoming candidates with experience in research / customer relations field (human resources would be an advantage), ability to achieve results within tight deadlines and attention to detail along with excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to adapt and learn on a daily basis.
If you are creative and able to quickly strike up professional relationships with new contacts, you already have an advantage.
This position, also, requires good command of English together with database and office IT skills.
