The main responsibilities will be:
• Providing assistance to our Human Resources Business Partner;
• Maintaining/updating the personnel database and personnel files as appropriate;
• Salary Planning;
• Offering support for all HR related activities.

Our partner, an Innovative Pharmaceutical company is looking for a HR Assistant.

A successful candidate will need to meet the following requirements:
• 2 years of experience on an administrative position;
• Be highly organized and able to multitask
• PC skills, experience in working with SAP or PeopleSoft system is an advantage;
• An excellent level of spoken and written English;
• HR Degree would be a plus;
