REQUIREMENTS
Preferable a minimum of 6 months in the position on offer or a 6 months internship in the HR ; Past experience into a HOTEL is an advantage; University degree: Faculty of Psychology and/or Master in HR or any other related trainings in the HR.
The right applicant should have excellent communication and organizational skills, excellent capacity of solving problems, very energetic and initiative, results driven, enthusiastic and team player, reliable and willing to take on responsibilities and challenges; a high standard of personal presentation, fluent English, confident, professional and a welcoming personality is a MUST!
VACANCY DETAILS:
As a Junior Recruiter you will:
- assist senior recruiters/ consultants and take part in the company recruitment projects ;
- take part in company trainings: G&G values, history and philosophy, recruitment programs for overseas countries and nationwide, steps and procedures, criterias of selections, recruitment steps, telephone etiquette; customer service, solving complain, etc
- performing specific tasks such us : providing guidance and feed-back to the applicants, interviews schedules, applicants registration, reference or background checks on job applicants; Ensuring all paperwork is received and completed according to policies; Inform job applicants about program details, type of program, documentation required, duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities, etc .
