RESPONSABILITATI

• Manages HR processes within his/ her area as management by objectives, career management, Talents Management, other related programs.
• Manages the job analysis, evaluation and job description up-dating process.
• Manages annual performance appraisal program implementation for Plants;
• Oversees the development of young professionals, manages and refines, when needed, the system of identifying the training and development needs with a view to establish an appropriate plan according to the organization objectives
• Guides Plant management in applying programs and in developing programs to suit their local needs
• Works out the yearly Learning & Development plan and its budget on his perimeter and propose for validation to Head of HR.
Implements the plan in cooperation with the management of the Plant and of the Organization. Identifies the appropriate resources, including trainers, consultancy firms and appropriate programs.
• Participates in the assessment of professionals for promotion, inter-sites transfer, local cross-business transfer and expatriation.
• Respects and integrates in his/her perimeter the company HR policies;
• Collaborates with HR colleagues for supplying correct and timely information regarding budget, HR KPIs and HR processes planning.
• Assess the professional staffing needs of the company and works out the yearly recruitment plan and its budget.
• Welcomes newly recruited employees and supports them to adjust to their new roles and working environment by induction process.
• Conducts the exit interviews for his/ her area of responsibility.
• Advise Plant management on issues related to staffing of professionals and career management.
• Organizes and directs recruiting programs especially for junior and middle professionals.
• Maintains confidential records of professionals (interview reports, performance appraisals etc.).
• Manages the yearly salary review process and bonuses proposals within his/her perimeter.
• Proposes the compensation and benefits packages for different professional categories in plant in line with the current Comp & Ben policies.


CERINTE

• 3-5 years experience in similar HR position in companies with production activities;
• HR specific qualifications & courses – would be an advantage
• Very good knowledge of work legislation;
• Experience in industrial/production environments with blue collars & Union representatives – would be an advantage;
• Very good communication skills at all levels;
• Empathy;
• Negotiation skills;
• Capacity to work under pressure.
