Involvement in annual Human Resources surveys conducted by HR Consulting team (PayWell & Saratoga):
manage relationship with assigned clients during the projects (i.e. client support);
check data submitted by surveys participants;
consolidate and review databases;
draft / generate survey reports.
Participation in Consulting assignments, with support from experienced HR advisors:
Provide advice on HR related matters to our clients, under senior staff supervision;
Analyse and structure data, prepare reports;
Support business development actions.
University degree;
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources area ();
Previous experience in a consulting firm is a plus;
Business understanding and drive;
Good communication and client interaction skills;
Ability to work in a team environment;
Numerical intelligence;
Good command of English.
