PwC is seeking for Consultants to join our Human Resource Consulting team based in Bucharest. We are looking for positive, motivated, team-working and responsible persons, willing to further learn and develop expertise in consulting field.
Responsibilities:
• Provide advice on various HR matters (e.g. compensation & benefits, organizational design & development, staff assessment & development etc.) to assigned clients;
• Collect, analyze & structure client / market data, draft reports & presentations;
• Support in business development initiatives (e.g. spot business opportunities and pursue them in collaboration with senior staff).
• University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resources area (advantage in consulting);
• Previous experience in a consulting firm is a plus;
• Commitment to a long-term career in HR consulting;
• Business understanding and drive;
• Good communication and client interaction skills;
• Self-confidence, continuous achievement and self-development mind-set;
• Ability to work with teams and independently on projects;
• Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment;
• Analytical and numerical skills;
• Very good command of English and Microsoft Office tools.
