Role:
• Ensure consultancy for all HR processes (recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, internal communication, retention, policies & procedures etc.).
• Significant generalist HR experience within a multinational company in Oil & Energy activity domain.
• University Degree in Human Resources or in a related field is a must.
• Excellent command of English language and PC literacy are a must.
• Strong organizational, analytic and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of HR laws, principles and practices.
• Ability to plan, schedule and arrange own activities to accomplish objectives.
• Availability to travel between employer work sites
