RESPONSABILITATI

- Responsible for all the recruiting processes according to the forecast plan for each project;
- Evaluates and selects suitable candidates according to the profiles agreed with the project manager;
- Ensure consultancy for all HR processes (recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, internal communication, retention, policies& procedures etc).


CERINTE

- University Degree in Human Resources or in a related field is a must;
- Must have demonstrated knowledge and experience in HR recruiting processes and practices; It is mandatory a minimum of 2 years experience in recruiting IT specialists;
- Relevant professional experience in all HR processes (recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, internal communication, retention, policies & procedures etc) is required;
- Self-starter, ambitious, well organized, able to assimilate information and quick learner person;
- Very accurate and reliable, focused on quality and integrity person;
- Analytical person, problem solving, solution and people oriented;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; easy adaptable to new things and to a dynamic company and environment;
- Very good command of English language;
- Good knowledge of MS Office products.
