We are looking for an HR Admin Consultant to join our branch in Pitesti
Responsabilities
- Prepares employment forms (individual labor contract, personal data sheet, etc);
- Check the individual medical record file issued by the occupational physician, the distribution of unemployment and all other acts which must exist in employees files;
- Prepares termination of the individual forms of work (decision, notice of liquidation forms);
- Records individual labor contract, the decision of dissolution of the individual labor contract or any other changes to the employment contract of employees;
- Prepares the monthly table sheets for client companies;
- Prepares and delivers training to all statements related to salaries and fiscal files;
- Permanent information on legislative changes in the labor legislation and payroll;
- Manages the database of employees operating at the correct time entries and exits;
- Archives the personell documents;
- Ensures proper record entries in the General Register of Employees (REVISAL);
- Keeps records of handing over the employees personell files;
Business development:
You will be responsible for business development, new contracts & deliver the service to the clients;
You will represent Adecco outside through participation in trade fairs, career fairs, recruitment events;
You actively participate in meetings with clients with different colleagues;
You will be responsible for your results;
You will keep regular contact with customers and candidates;
You will build a list of top clients, update it, develop and utilize it in your activity.
Recruitment:
You will deliver only recruitment projects mid to top level profiles;
You will be responsible to interview high quality of candidates for our clients;
Proactively sell candidates to appropriate companies and follow-up on this activity;
Identify, check and measure competences of candidates using known techniques of recruitment: depth interview, tests and build evaluation reports;
Sourcing & screening for the right candidates - you have to be creative.
Knowledge of computer systems/programs - MS Office
